Position: Midweight or senior graphic designer
Term: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (will consider part-time)
Location: Mirfield (hybrid working is an option, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
Salary: Dependent on experience (£30 - 40k)

The role
We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic midweight or senior graphic designer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with a mint portfolio that shows off their creative thinking - plus a minimum of three years’ design experience - who is organised, confident, and passionate about solving varied design briefs, as well as having the desire to push each brief to the next level. You will work closely with different departments in the business to deliver projects for clients professionally and to deadlines. The role requires creative flair, competence and a sharp eye, as well as the confidence to be able to talk through your ideas and rationale.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be:
Creating initial concepts for brand identities, social and print campaigns
Solving design problems and delivering engaging solutions
Estimating time duration / cost of jobs
Creating final artwork for a variety of purposes
Attending internal and client meetings
Mentoring junior members of the team
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of three years’ design experience
Passionate about solving varied design briefs
Confidence to talk through ideas and rationale
Obsessive attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a wider team

Confidence to passionately present ideas to clients
Knowledge sharing with colleagues
Ability to deliver solutions at a fast pace when required
Knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a bonus
