Project Overview

Formerly IMMJ Systems, we managed the healthtech company’s incredible transformation to becoming ‘Mizaic’, providing wrap-around content and communications for its new look. We worked alongside The Engine Room and The Bigger Boat to bring its brand proposition to life.

Project Details

Scriba PR managed an end-to-end project for then-named IMMJ Systems, which saw The Engine Room tasked with a strategic rebrand, repositioning the company as Mizaic, and The Bigger Boat stepping in to relaunch the brand to market with web design and build. 

We worked intricately with both agencies, as we crafted the various communications required for every stage of the project. We carefully curated the tone of voice and messaging to launch Mizaic and position the brand as an expert in the healthtech arena. This meant drafting content for a number of channels – beginning with the website, through to supporting credentials documentation and all ensuing communications for the rebrand launch. 

Crucial brand assets finalised, we were then instrumental in the organisation of the brand launch event at London’s The Shard, as it was important to build internal brand excitement, understanding and buy-in with a celebratory event. From invitations to staff, partners and customers, through to presentations and social media coverage, Scriba penned the complementary suite of contents ahead of the event. Our media relations experts worked hard behind the scenes. They continued to nurture relationships with relevant journalists and publications, and secured an exclusive with Digital Health to raise Mizaic’s profile and build awareness of its market-leading product, MediViewer. 

Scriba’s relationship with Mizaic remains strong. We now support the brand in its mission to revolutionise the clinician-patient experience and work closely with the team on a retainer basis, with activity spanning the breadth of Scriba’s services.
