My first month at Scriba PR

I’m really excited to be part of the Scriba team. I spent the first month getting to know the people I’d be working with and learning as much as possible about the clients and how Scriba works. The team is made up of absolute experts in their specific fields and works in an open and autonomous way, which is very enjoyable. There is clearly a lot of respect among the team for their many clients — both old and new.

Each Scriba colleague boasts a unique set of skills which complement each other perfectly, and means that everyone brings something slightly different — but equally valuable — to the party. Most importantly, everyone is encouraged to deliver their best work and play to their strengths. Each member is supported to share their ideas and inspiration, and mucks in to achieve the best result for the client, which is very important to me. 

I have 25 years’ experience within the construction and engineering sectors, and Scriba has aligned this experience with our clients’ industries to ensure a good fit both for me and them. The work is the perfect blend of challenging, exciting, and varied. I learn something new each day.

Looking to the future, I’m excited to help and assist more clients grow their businesses. Although I specialise in certain sectors, Scriba has a really diverse mix of clients, each requiring something unique in showcasing their work. 

Although I have only been working with Scriba for a few weeks, I already feel so valued and trusted by the team, and in the words of Justin Timberlake (and McDonalds) ….. I'm lovin' it!
